When an applicant approaches to look for work abroad, he is interviewed, the relevant options are offered, and together we choose the job offer that is most relevant.
We focus on professional guidance, and do not charge the applicants. Once that the choice is made we contact the prospective employer and connect between the company and the employee. We accompany the applicant and employer throughout the process and make sure that the prospective employee has completed his paperwork and preparations, and that he leaves the country only when he is ready.
The payment is charged from the company after a predetermined period in which the new employee is assimilated into his new company, and only if his placement is deemed successful after the aforementioned period.
